# Notices & Orders Module

This module is the core of the platform — it allows users to view, manage, assign, update, and export notices and orders across all portals, with detailed tracking through comments and activity timelines.

#### Portal Tabs

Like the Dashboard, this module has **four tabs**:

* **All Portals** — shows all notices regardless of portal.
* **GST** — GST-specific notices only.
* **Income Tax** — Income Tax-specific notices only.
* **Traces** — TRACES-specific notices only.

### Export Functionality

**Purpose**

Allows users to export notice data into Excel/CSV format for offline review, reporting, and audits.

**How It Works**

1. Click the **Export** button in the Notices & Orders top bar.
2. The export runs as a **background job**.
3. Only data visible based on the **currently applied filters** is included in the export.
4. The export respects the **pagination setting** selected at the bottom of the listing.

**Supported Export Filters**

The export output is influenced by any combination of the following active filters:

* Date Range (Issue Date or Due Date)
* Portal Type
* Select Entity
* Notice Status
* Assigned To User
* Select Priority
* Reg. No.
* Subject
* Notice Number

**Export Format**

The output file is in **Excel/CSV format** with properly formatted headers and dates.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.mastersindia.co/notice-management/documentation/readme/notices-and-orders-module.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
