Activities Timeline Tab

The Activities Timeline tab provides a chronological audit log of all actions performed on the notice.

Element	Description
Timeline Entry	Each entry shows: Actor (e.g., "System"), Timestamp (e.g., "March 27, 2026 at 05:07 PM"), Action Description (e.g., "Notice automatically fetched from GST Portal"), and Source (e.g., "From GST Portal")

Logged events include:

• Notice fetch events (e.g., "Notice automatically fetched from GST Portal").

• User assignments.

• Priority changes.

• Status updates.

• Comments added.

• File uploads.

• Any other actions performed on the notice.
