How to Create a Sync FTP job

Here's how you Schedule a job to sync your processed files:

  1. Go to Configurations and Manage FTP/SFTP settings Card.

  2. Find your FTP configuration which you've created in the previous step.

  3. Click on "+Add" button to add the job

  4. Add a name for the Job

  5. Select the frequency at which the files will sync automatically from the options in dropdown - Once, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, daily, weekly etc.

  6. Select the "Document Type" as OCR Document

  7. Put in the url for "Outward Folder" where you want to place the processed files.

  8. Put in the url for "Temporary Folder" where the files will be stored temporarily.

  9. Click on Submit to save and activate the Sync job.
